Yes. We do provide invitation letters that participants may use when applying for the visitor visa to India. This letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Please note that embassies will check with the Congress Organizers that participants are registered for the Congress, for which an affirmative answer will only be granted if the participants have paid their registration fee in full. The organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
The Congress Organizers will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the Congress to provide any financial support.
The letters will be sent by e-mail. In case a postal mail is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.
