Foreign Nationals visiting India to attend a conference are required to possess a valid passport of your country along with a valid Indian Conference Visa. The Consular Passport and Visa (CPV) Division of the Ministry of External Affairs is responsible for issuance of Indian visas to the foreign nationals. This visas are granted through various Indian missions abroad.

Visa Validity – as per the duration of the Conference
Visa Fees – as applicable at your respective Indian Embassy. (approximately 100-150 Euros/USD)
Visa fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. The Indian High Commission reserves the right-on granting and deciding type/duration of visa irrespective of the fees tendered at the time of making application. Granting of Visa does not confer the right of entry to India and is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Authorities.

Procedure for Obtaining Visa – Visas can be applied for in person or by post at the Indian Embassy/High Commission of India based in the country from where the participant intends to depart for India.
Documents Required for Obtaining Visa – Generally the following documents are required for obtaining Indian Visa. However, the requirement may vary from country to country. It is recommended that you inquire with the Consulate, Embassy or agent directly to confirm necessary documents
1) Original Passport valid for at least 6 months
2) Duly Filled Visa Form – fill the online application form by logging into http://www.indianvisaonline.gov.in.

4) 2 Passport size photographs
5) Invitation Letter for The 12TH World Congress of Cosmetic Dermatology (sent by the Organizing Secretary)
6) Approval Letter from the Nodal Ministry
7) Approval letter from Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
(The Organising Committee will obtain the approval of MHA & MEA and will upload the same on the website or mail it to you.)
